All the exterior-facing rooms at Hotel Lido are spacious. They each have a satellite TV, 2 double beds, and full heating and air conditioning. There is also a safe box for rent.

We stayed here up cardiac hill, lovely views, food not the best, mostly Spanish guests, wouldn't stay there again only because of hill and a bit out the way for us

it’s awful, dirty, food awful we ate out rather than risk it and only centred round the Spanish, rude staff the only positive is the lovely view over the beach ?

Transfer dropped us off at BK, you have to walk the rest yourself up a steep hill, I now have calf’s to die for. There are also steps up there which I think are easier. Arrived at Hotel Lido and greeted by helpful staff, quick check in. We got to our room which was 505, top floor at the back. View wasn’t the best, but didn’t really bother us as you can just watch the world go by.

Room was very clean and today, looked very modern. Plenty of wardrobe space,comfy memory foam mattress which we slept well on. Air conditioned, hairdryer, safe (€2 per day with €10 deep which you get back on check out).

Dinners were always hot, English breakfast wise there wasn’t a great deal of choice, bacon, beans and fried egg, then a rotating dish which might be hot dog sausage, mushroom or potato chorio thing. But still plenty of bread and continental items.

Dinner there was always plenty of choice, lots of salads, lots of bread, lots of desserts. One night we didn’t get there till 9.30pm and most of the dishes were cold and not much of it. So get as close to 8pm as you can.

Swimming pool area wasn’t the best, but the views were fantastic. About 16 sunbeds but it was never full anyway, small swimming pool with a slide. Tiny kiddie area sectioned off. There is an exit to the beach which is handy, it’s locked after about 8pm.

In all we had a lovely stay at Hotel Lido, we would stay there again. 3 star hotel so we didn’t expect too much but we were very happy.

P.s. All staff were helpful. There aren’t any balconies in any of the rooms apart from 5 right at the bottom.
