Stay here all the time, it doesn't claim to be the Ritz and prices reflect that. Locality is great and close to all things. Staff are fantastic and have always looked after us. Downstairs bar has fair prices.

Stayed a few times, its fine, cheap apartments, great for a weekend away.. never a problem. Staff are lovely.
Don't spend much time in the apartment when on holidays, out all the time as you do in Benidorm!!

Not handing the deposit back, saying damage was done said key was missing it wasn't!! Door was damaged it already was!!! Problem with bed base don't know what they talking about!!!! Tap in kitchen broken by all accounts wasn't even used the whole kitchen wasn't used !!ate out didn't even use kettle. emailed asking for CCTV evidence or photos as apparently a figure saying lift was taken utter nonsense .I believe my Dson who is a responsible 27yr old man ...as iv had other people commenting the same issues ...

Good location, rooms basic to say the least, not in great condition but cheap enough for short break. Very popular as couldn't rebook this summer, but would definitely book again

We stayed there for a hen do. It was absolutely fine, rooms were a good size, clean and tidy, nice wee bar.
We had dinner on one of the nights which was roast chicken. We got one full chicken between each pair as well as umpteen bowls of salad and bowls of chips. We had to ask a group of guys to come and finish it, we could have eaten chicken for the next 4 days the amount there was and I think it cost next to nothing.

Not a family apartment. Very much aimed at stag and hens who are there for a rowdy few days and just need somewhere to put head down. Apartment clean enough but cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for. We couldn't use pool in the height of summer as it was full of drink cups and manky as there was about 20 lads egging each other on to jump in fully clothed. Once is a laugh but it was constant for 4 or 5 days all day long. Around poolside bogging as no1 new what a bin was for. I'm a positive person so maybe was there at the wrong time/wrong crowd.

Stayed with my friend in our late 50s for fiesta November before lock down yes basic but fine large apartments 24hour reception safety boxes only issue cold but bought a heater, plenty of blankets etc. well located for the price couldn't fault.

We stayed there for the fiesta as everywhere was fully booked and they were fine cheap and cheerful like everyone said. Short walk from everything you need. Red lion2 just up the road. Uncle Ron’s and penny farthing nearby for a decent breakfast. No taxis needed at all.

Places like the Luxmar are IMHO apartments that can be classed as somewhere to get your head down and the washed and changed before going out again.....if you don't expect much you won't be disappointed

cheap apartments in more ways than one don't go when it's cold there is no heating rads are red rusted through cheap and ok if that's your priority

Alan Kitridge - its basic with everything you need. Nice bar downstairs with very good prices serving beers, tea, coffee and snacks. Very friendly staff.

Not stayed in them recently, but they're basic but clean and the staff were very helpful when I was there.

Awful place. Basic, dirty. May be cheap but definitely not cheerful. Please please change if you can

Stayed 12 times never had a problem at all, stayed all different times of the year, only downside is no air-conditioning
