Last night about 1'Oclock in the morning in La Cala Finestrat. I met three men in the street just after being dropped off by the resort hopper. One approached me and asked if I knew where the Magic Atrium Beach Apartments were. I said I did and took them to the gates. " I said do you have keys to get in?"

They only had one bit of paper with a booking reference and an address.

Now to confuse things further there are four Atriums in La Cala and all look the same.

So because they are owned by the Magic group I suggested we walk over to the Magic Monica. ( now called Tropical Splash).

The receptionist said " Yes you need to book in here" but didn't know which block was the Atrium Beach.

Anyway I totally shocked that the men didn't have any instructions where to book in. The receptionist didn't know where the Atrium Beach was. And if I hadn't met them when out with the dog, they would have been sleeping on a park bench that night.

So if you book to stay in the Magic Atrium Beach Appartments in La Cala Finestrat tell the Resort Hopper to drop you off at the Magic Tropical Splash ( formally the Monica Holidays) to book in first, get your keys then you have to walk to the Atrium Beach Appartments.

Stayed there from 19th Oct- 2nd Nov. Lovely clean apartments. We we lucky got 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with air conditioning. The maids come in or you have a do not disturb sign you can put up. Deposit was just held on credit card so no money to pay. Would only have been taken off if damage done. You get the use of facilities in the hotel.xx
