This place is beyond words its the pits worse place I have stayed ever

I’ve just got back last week after all the bad reviews I heard it actually wasn’t that bad, the food was the only bad thing but the rooms, pool area and drinks were lovely

If I’m honest hotel wasn’t that clean, rooms worse I’ve stayed in . Didn’t stay in for entertainment once so can’t comment on that but pool area ok . I stayed 2 days after it reopened and to be honest again don’t think it should have opened until it’s been done up because I think it’s shutting again in September for a total refurbishment

Rooms Feel Filthy! Feel Dirty When You Get Up! Musty Smells All Over Hotel! My child has disability and was jumping around our room, had Spanish telling us Shhhhh!
Most of the staff are very rude and don't understand English!
Rooms Are Outdated!
Hotel looks like a prison! Its all the other hotels around it that lights this shit hole up!

Was Here All Inclusive and used this hotel twice Thursday and Friday the rest of the time. we have been eating and drinking out! Only using the hotel for a bed at night!
Honestly if your looking to book here anytime soon Don't! If your holiday is to late to cancel I feel sorry for you and your family!

Hotel Magic Villa de Benidorm is situated in the new town, just 200 metres from the golden sands of Levante beach. The children will be kept well occupied in the kids’ only splash pool with a waterslide whilst the adults can lay back on the sunbeds and forget themselves for a while or take a dip in the pool. With friendly staff and a laid back atmosphere this hotel is the ideal all inclusive choice for families and friends.

Hotel Magic Villa De Benidorm. We are currently staying here as a family with my mother all inclusive, Mums first time in Benidorm. Have to say its fantastic value for us. Yes the Hotel at first seems a little dated but to me it feels nice and has a Spanish feel. The bathrooms and bedrooms are extremely clean and comfortable. We rate the food as good with a varied choice and plenty of opportunity to get something to eat. The pool,indoor pool and Gym and games areas are brilliant and the pool gets some sun unlike the Hotel Flamingo Oasis. We have stayed in a few hotels and can honestly say this is best value and a great location. If you want a great value Hotel in a brilliant location with good food I would recommend this place. If you look me to r Hotels a bit more flash and further away then look elsewhere. Lovely staff and maids. Will return almost certainly.

I booked hotel last year and sent an email to check my booking.

They replied and cancelled my booking and I called the receptionist she told me there was no booking for us it was cancelled. I sent several emails and was told it was cancelled. I asked why it was cancelled and they kept replying it's cancelled. They then went onto charge me. I have tried to sort this for months.

Don't book this hotel.

A group of us ladys stay the 1st week in Oct every year , have done for the past 8 years , great hotel , perfect for the night life , staff always helpful , My daughters case went missing at the airport one year and the lady who works there even offered to bring some clothes in for her to borrow , foods about the same as most hotels in beni , the terrace is great for drinks and people watching . the only let down is no balcony in most rooms but the pool makes up for it , we will be back again next year .

Food was decent. The selection could be better but im not a snob and didnt pay 420 for a weeks all inclusive (including flights)and expect fancy meals. I enjoyed it tho.

Staff are great. You can order as much drinks as you like (within reason) and if you persuade the reception to give you an all inclusive gold card, you will get branded spirits.

William Swann - Never had any problems With food or service there we were all inclusive at cristal park used to have lunch & few drinks there on our gold card better than our hotel in old town.

Martine Mathias - 13 women went in May & couldn't fault it. Food basic, but there was something for everyone. Staff were excellent & the location was great. Would definitely go back.

Jacqueline Jacky Metcalfe . we stayed there with my 9 year old grandson last year it was fantasic not a lot of kids there at the time but the staff were brilliant and we had a brilliant time with him.

Mavourneen Clarke - Staff nice, good location but food not great. Over run with families of small children,just wasn't for us. Really disappointed with our choice this year.

Katharine Anne Murray - Loved magic villa hotel good service food nice they made a fantastic steak pie hubby was in his element .small pool and no stag and hen doos .near levante and British indoor market end if Benidorm approximately 2 roads back from the front .mix of lively to your left or quieter .to the right .i liked it .

Really liked it there thought the food was good something for everyone pool area was nice - we had a room facing poolside, no balcony, fridge and hairdryer in room.

Katharine Anne Murray - Magic villa Benidorm .food good .there is even a help yourself ice cream machine tucked in the corner bottom left of the dining room .outside area for sitting .nice in the evening .it has medium trees around it .so quite nice .pool is small but adequate for the hotel. No balconies but i didn't find that a problem .kettle and cups in room .staff helpful and there were a few evening acts .lo key but if you don't want to go out .its nice .i found it comfortable .in sure you will like it. WiFi network. Think that's about it .happy. Holiday .I'm going back next August.

Worst place I’ve stayed in Benidorm by far, badly needs updated, smells awful, bar tiny and queues terrible, dining hall not big enough for amount of guests so you have to queue on stairs. good points are...... emmmm NONE, and I am far from fussy, but for the price it’s atrocious x

It’s adequate. The desk is manned 24 hrs and although I only stayed 2 nights the food was ok but obviously not the same amount of choice as some hotels. The rooms were not very fresh but perfectly adequate. It wouldn’t be my first choice but I would have no issues staying again. Price wise there is better value in Benidorm to be had as its overpriced for what it is.
