Stayed 26th - 30th Dec can't fault anything about it. The food was excellent, lots of choice. Yes it was really busy but never a problem getting a table.
Staff were really friendly and helpful nothing a problem.
Everything cleaned from rooms to pool areas place was spotless.

I have been staying there over 30 years when it was a Barcelo hotel and I have always enjoyed. The food is outstanding and the staff are fantastic, three of them I remember from 30 years ago. They are still there. I always have my same room, as I request it when booking. It’s like home from home for me and so convenient for everything. Yet, away from the noise of the cabaret bars etc. I can’t fault it.

Just came back from a xmas 4 day break there ..our first time at Pueblo, and we were delighted with choice of meal and yes I did use microwave asI like my food hot hot....staff were more than helpful with everything .only critique was the walls between rooms very thin ..haha could hear guy snoring next door .but .have already booked again for next Xmas ..

We gave stayed at the pueblo many many times and have always been happy with everything food cleanliness service entertainment ameneties.Unfortunately we had to stop going as they stopped mobility scooters being charged up at the hotel and the only alternative was to take it at night to a lock up where the road was quite daunting late at night with my husband being accosted by ladies of the night.We are both 82 and found the walk to and from the lock up was too much for us so we had to quit staying at the Pueblo.
I must say all the staff there were brilliant nothing to much trouble and we do miss Amanda the servi group sales rep

I have stayed twice in the past few years and couldn't fault the Pueblo. Maybe only fault is having to use your room card to access the toilets in the reception area. And to exit into the pool area.

Just came home from Benni. Stayed in the Pueblo ( servigroup). The old hen and I have often stayed with Servigroup, Orange, Nereo Venus etc. Those were Brilliant.
However the Pueblo falls far short. It is too large. The result, stone cold food, served on stone cold plates.
Only two small Microwaves in the dining, so nothing could be heated to make it passable.
Give this one a swerve

Stayed for the first time on Monday 17th - 24th October. The Hotel is spotlessly clean, ALL the staff are very helpful polite and nothing is too much trouble. We booked half board and was pleasantly surprised at the choices of food you had and it was the best food I have ever tasted. Have stayed in a number of hotels in Benidorm but from now on this is the one for us.

Pueblo is fabulous, great value and lovely food. Book full board hardly any difference in price use the Servigroup website

We stayed 11 nights at the pueblo this July, fantastic pool atmosphere, water aerobics, games an some very good pool entertainment.

Shame they can't answer emails, so I drove 1.5 hours from my home in Spain to call in direct... I get to the counter & ask for my booking (small group) NO! I have to email in! Aha! I told the lady I have - she glared at me, asked me for my email address & said 'No, we have nothing from you!' At which point I pulled out my printed copy of the email & she huffed & puffed (almost blew me down) & then 'Oh, you were in the spam folder!' 😤 I didn't believe her but hey ho! Can you arrange my booking please? To be told 'No you will have to email in!!!' 🤦 You could make this 💩 up! I re-sent my previous email as she was trying to bore holes through me with her fired eyes! And as I said 'There you go & can you check your junk/spam folder please?' With a very sarcastic tone - she looked at me & said 'You need groups!' 🥱 She knew this as she had read my printed out copy but could NOT have been any more unhelpful if she tried!!! 🤬 This happened with several hotels & therefore we are going back to the fabulous Melia that were delighted to have our trade again!!! 🥳Funny as, last year with travel restrictions, we were shaking hotels off with a sh!tty stick! This year - they can't be ar$ed!!! 😤 Doesn't matter - we've got an amazing rate from the Melia & it is a fabulous hotel! Servigroup - have lost out! Lots of ladies in our group, lots of 'word of mouth recommendations' & lots live local!!! I know they won't care - but it's just the customer care! It's diabolical! 🤬

We were there 2 weeks ago. It was lovely. Food was beautiful and fresh. The whole hotel us absolutely spotless!! Entertainment OK but everyone goes elsewhere at night so it was quiet in the evening. In a great location and staff very friendly.

I’ve stayed at the Pueblo before, the food was lovely, hotel very clean, entertainment wasn’t the best but plenty of entertainment around Benidorm. The only down side for us was the pool was salt water but we still used it during our week stay.

Always stay at the Pueblo. I like it. Lovely staff, good food very very clean. They all work so hard. Big pool area. It suits me just fine balconies are small but we only go on them to hang out my towels and a bit of washing. Sitting outside on them not for me.

Super hotel, I stayed over Easter the rooms & hotel is spotless. The food is fab & great variety. There's a rep everyday & unlike other places free safe & a mini fridge.
Super location beside the market & 2 min walk to the main strip. The Consum mini market is very reasonable for essentials like water etc

Always stay in Pueblo a great hotel great food great staff great location and 2 minutes walk to the outdoor market and the strip and far enough back of the strip to get a peaceful night's sleep if your not a party animal lol we were in Pueblo a few weeks ago and are back over again July to it
