Just got back from my 1st ever holiday in Benidorm. We stayed in the old Town at Hotel Queens a cheap and cheerful b+b
I absolutely loved it! The people are so friendly + welcoming. Great choices of bars shops restaurants and the beach was absolutely beautiful 😍 Hotel Queens was lovely. Clean and the breakfast is very nice 👌 lots of choice. The best thing about Queens Hotel is the rooftop bar with amazing views of Benidorm.

I am writing this review even though I haven't stayed here but was thinking of staying. I have noticed that the Queens Hotel has been getting pretty good reviews lately so as we were in tapas alley we thought we would take a look at a room with a view to staying there next time. We often have a drink on the roof terrace but after the awful 4 in a bed program didnt fancy staying there but as it has new owners since then thought it could be nice now, even though we knew rooms are small. We asked at reception if there was a room free that we could look at but were told by the lady behind the bar that 'it is not possible to view the rooms'. We went to walk out but I thought it may be a language problem so I went back and asked if it was because it was full and was told quite abruptly, 'no it is not allowed to look at rooms'. So won't be staying here then, hey ho. I have never known this before in Benidorm.

We stayed here a couple of months back. It was really nice. The staff were really good. The breakfast was good. The location right facing tapas alley was great. The roof top terrace and small bar was a nice surprise. Small but quiet and with a sea view .the rooms, (small but adequate) are cleaned daily . The balconies are very small)

The only downside was if you have a room facing the front of the hotel, there’s a bottle recycling facility outside which can be very loud in the morning if you’re trying to sleep, we would definitely stay there again. But make sure we asked for a room at the rear .

Checked out early. Not for us - we were maybe unlucky but the room was tiny, I asked them to clean the shower as there was long dark hair in it( I had to clean it myself). Also at breakfast we were handed a cup of tea no refills etc. Maybe it’s changed now and to be fair it wasn’t mega expensive but we cut our losses and checked out

Fabulous hotel great choice for breakfast staff great go out there way to help you clean towels bedding every day yes it's a bit small but no problem for me your out threw the day and out of a night just came back Sunday had 3 weeks can't wait to go back

We loved it, only thing I could class as a negative was the size of our room, it’s was very cozy shall we say but to be honest it wasn’t a problem as we don’t spend much time in our room however it had everything you needed so it’s not a complaint!!
Breakfast was very nice, staff lovely, hotel very clean and so central, rooftop terrace a lovely hot spot!!
Definitely worth a try

ROOF TOP BAR QUEEN'S HOTEL:
Right in the centre of the Old Town this location is fabulous with tremendous panoramic views all over Benidorm. The bar has a great sound system with comfortable seating and lovely staff. Treat yourself next time your in that side of town you will love it.

Staff at hotel were great especially Julian and Yana(sorry not spelt her name rite) we had the best laugh with them. Great roof terrace and breakfast good. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Cheers Julian we had the best laugh with u and u got my sis on the shots lol xx

Alexandra Getliffe - Me and my sister in law stayed for one night in October last year. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a decent size. Very good value for money. Would have booked again when over end of April but there was no availability. Great location even though we walked passed it twice!

Stayed here 3 or 4 times,clean friendly and good breakfast. Location is very good.

We were in Benidorm from 7th – 17th June (boy it was hot),We stayed at the Queen’s Old Town.It has been refurbished throughout and with new owners.We really enjoyed our stay.Rooms were very clean with a lot of storage for clothes,daily maid service and we had a room at the back with sea view and a very sunny balcony.They have free A/C and Wi-Fi. Indeed the whole Hotel was very clean.We went B/B and breakfast was chosen daily from a menu and cooked when ordered so was nice and fresh. The staff,all spanish were friendly and very helpful.It is ideally situated opposite Tapas Alley and the area is very busy night and day.But once back in our room it was very quiet.Safety boxes in room were €2 per day with a €10 refundable deposit,also kettle and iron in room.We would have no reservations about staying there again. Had a good holiday.
