I'm here at the moment & it's been my favourite hotel since 2003, hotel is kept very clean, food & location is excellent for me, I'm on the first floor overlooking the pool, bathroom now has a walk in shower, staff are still lovely here & I will continue to revisit.

Just returned from there last week, it was immaculately clean, rooms were up to date with air con, staff were so friendly and the food (breakfast) was beautiful, loved the area Just a stroll off the strip but not too far of a walk, recommended and would stay again.

Just back from there spotless. Food not a massive selection but what was on offer was good. Would stay again. P.s it's not a big hotel either which was nice only 7 floors I was in room 609 which had a lovely view.

Lovely hotel, we were there last year & booked to go back in June, can't wait, it has recently been refurbished, staff very friendly & helpful ,rooms fair size & cleaned daily, food very nice lots to choose from. Lots of sunbeds & don't think there was ever a mad rush to get on. ,5 minute walk to the beach, out the way of all the hustle & bustle but still close to bars & restaurants, if you book direct with hotel you get a night at Benidorm Palace & free transfers. All in all couldn't fault anything

All Servigroup hotels are good. Rialto is my favourite. Nice and peaceful and some very good bars just around the corner.

Stayed there twice. Lovely hotel. Clean ,good food, nice rooms great staff. The only downside is that nobody stays around to watch the evening entertainment and the acts perform to a dozen people which lends to a flat atmosphere.
