Having been to Benidorm many times and visited the ROBIN HOOD bar on nearly every occasion I was shocked today when on our way to the old town I popped in to ask to use the toilet.. Granted this time I was just passing by but to my shock when I politely asked I was refused permission to use their facilities.

I explained that I regularly visit their establishment but was met with a sarcastic response of "WELL I DON'T RECOGNISE YOU".

couldn't believe it... Will definitely not be spending any more of my money at this place if this is how they treat their British customers..

Went for a nice walk to old town yesterday but on way back we decided to stop for a coffee, so we popped in to Robin Hood, ordered 2 coffee's and waitress went to fetch them, In the meantime a group of girls came in and were looking for somewhere to sit, at that point the waitress came over and said we're not doing tea or coffee because it's to busy with the fireworks about to go off, at the same time she gave 2 lads on another table their coffee's and said to them your the last one's

Bloody fuming to say the least and will never go back to that place again
