Ok if you like cheap cafeteriasRooms are lovely but no kettle, lifts horrendous as waiting for ages. All drinks served in paper cups, food cold at every meal. Went down for breakfast at earliest time and still cold. Pool too small for amount of guests. Paid a lot of money so was expecting good things but I would only rate as a 2 star
Clean and served its purposeJust got back from 2 weeks there .. food not to our liking 6 of us stayed there . Very clean food just warm and ok if you like bones and pigs cheeks in gravy ? and veal lager served in paper Pepsi 1/4 pint cups take your own towel for sunbeds as non supplied . No kettles in room, breakfast lunch dinner served in traffic light system red means you get to go in for evening meal 9.45pm it doesn't open until 8pm. Queues for lifts horrendous average 20 mins wait .. as I said rooms clean and served the purpose

We stayed in Rosamar hotel end feb to beginning of march 2015, Very nice hotel although the lifts are slow, the hotel had a lot of Spanish people staying there, but was Very clean, the Staff couldn't do enough for you. We didn't like the food, so we eat out everyday although we were full board. We needed to stay in touch with home, so took Ipad with us, used it for everything, bought a drink in the bar and had the FREE Wifi, code which you could use anywhere on the ground floor and lasted all day, but you had to pay if you wanted Wifi in your room.
We asked for a double room with pool view but on arrival was told we could either have a double room or pool view as they were on opposite sides of the hotel, so we opted for double room, by the time we got to our room, we had a double bed and a single bed, we were overlooking the Riviera but still had a view to the Rosamar pool from the balcony, if you were on the other side, the pool view you had was the Sol pelicanos pool. The safe in the hotel locks with a key, and not electronic xxxx Would definitely stay in this hotel again.
Meg Reid - We went half board and enjoyed the whole experience - breakfasts were lovely - loads of choice - evening meals had everything - roasts , stews , paella, salads, fish , fruit and a special menu for diabetics - the pool area was excellent with stacks of loungers and various entertainments and activities including keep fit also access to the sister hotel Flash - only bit some complained about was the lifts but we are only in our 70s so just walked down and got lift back.
golazzo - It's like Butlins on steroids. Awful place. We stayed next door at the Riviera and had to endure loud poolside music which was cheesy beyond belief.
Jackie Humes - We stayed there last year in October and I have to say it was a poor experience , we were full board and ate out every night the food was not good at all , the rooms are dated only one socket worked , no hairdryer , lifts that took all day to arrive , and I heard people complaining about the all inclusive service not being as good as those paying for drinks , on the plus side the hotel is in a great location.
It wasn't to our taste , but everybody has a different opinion of the hotel , I would probably stay again but on a b and b basis because the hotel itself is just where we like to be , I have to say the pool area is lovely.
David Smith - Stayed here 17th to 24th July. First morning I was shocked to see people queuing for pool to open to grab a sun bed. This got worse as the week went on. If we were not there before 9.30 you had no chance. Rooms were dated and pool was a little small for the size of the hotel. The food I thought was very nice and tastes. Half sockets in room didn't work. Staff were friendly enough on the whole. Probably would stay again if the price was right. Had a spa, gym, crazy golf etc which could be of use when weather not good.
David Kyle Taylor - Anybody saying its bad are being too snotty. Perfect location with beach just down the road, indoor market just along the road with tons of pubs clubs and bars just at your doorstep. A safe area not up some dark side street or out in the wilderness any hotel in that area is ideal starting point...enjoy
Vera Stewart - November 2016 - bedrooms fine quite big, food ok, public areas need refurb seating really bad, entertainment for British not really good don't know if they will improve it for New Year.
Janis Nandy: February 2017 - The bad thing about this hotel is that they don't allow you round the pool till 9am & there are not enough sun beds for the amount of people that stay here......consequently you have to start queuing early or else you don't get round the pool other than that you get what you pay for.
Valerie Stewart - I was there in July 2016 and have stayed in lots of hotels in Benidorm of which I would go back to but wouldn't go back to the Rosamar food wasn't good, really dated rooms but clean, pool area too busy couldn't get a sunbed all week ?, lifts were awful so slow! But in a really good area of Benidorm.
Aidan Papworth - Me and my partner stayed there last year in April and loved it ..great service ..lovely food and drinks ..rooms nice and clean ..love it ..and location great too ..levante beach only 5 min walk.
Tracey Hayes - March 2017 - Well my husband is the fussiest eater ever. He found something to eat every meal. And believe me that's an achievement. There's plenty of choice and make sure you check out the show cooking at the end of the restaurant. They have some lovely things in there.
Lynn Haslam - We were there all Jan 2017 and staying there again all April nice clean food average. Fab location . slow lift hotel very Spanish . but then again you are in Spain.
Mark Adams - Great hotel went there 10th Feb and last year and booked for April clean nice staff room bit outdated but nice clean will always book this hotel central for clubs and beach.
Susan Fyldes - Stayed there last October. No complaints. It's clean and in a good position. Always found something to eat at every meal. Just booked for August and taking our granddaughter this time. The new splash park with slides should be open mid June. Rooms a bit dated but comes in at a good price.

We just got back went for a week on 15th July hotel very clean rooms basic but clean food was very good lots of variety pool was very busy but we used the new aqua pool if you have kids this is excellent entertainment was a bit poor the only problem was all inclusive finished at 11pm on the dot and no other bar was open after this the staff weren't that friendly unless you was Spanish but I would still go back there as good value for money

We went June. 4 adults and a 1 year old. Bit of a scramble for sun beds but good pool area and had a pool party and foam party on the Saturday. Food was ok. Always something to make a meal of. Enjoyed it. Would go again as price was reasonable.

I was here two weeks ago....loved this hotel. Fantastic location, really clean rooms , on the 13th floor so had great views, weather was 32/33 everyday and breakfast was spot on. Evening meal I found a bit hit and miss but was not a problem. I would definitely go back to this hotel x

Nothing wrong with this hotel. Stayed there a few weeks ago. Great food something for everyone. Rooms very clean we were on the 11th floor fantastic view of the sol pelicanos pool and calypso. Set back from the road so you don't hear the noise of the bars which are near by. New pool area for kids and adults just been built. In all I can't fault it well worth going all inclusive. Would definitely recommend and I would return myself

My wife and I were there in June. Liked the food and rooms comfortable. Entertainment during the day good fun but went out every night so don’t know about the evening. Children’s water park opened whilst we were there, looks as though kids may like it. Had SPA but did not use. Only real criticism was waiting on the lifts but only small point. Excellent location for night life with Morgan’s Tavern, Talk of the Coast, Valentines just round the corner. Bit of a walk to Levante beach. I would definitely go back.

We stayed there in November, and read reviews, saying it was not great. It is in need off a refurbish, but it is spotless, the maids are in everyday, cleaning and changing towels, if needed. I'm very fussy about what food I eat, but this is the first hotel, I've ate the food in on half board, there is loads to choose from. The hotel is close to everything as well. We would go back to it again. Xx

I have stayed in the Rosamar and couldn't fault it! Nice food plenty of choice! Entertainment every night and central for everything! The lifts are a problem especially at meal times but apart from that I wouldn't worry xx

I can only give my opinion . I stayed last may at the Rosamar . I hated it . I could not eat the food . Pool area is dangerous with decking . Hotel is not clean . And staff are not that friendly . Sorry
Just back from this hotel , I loved it but my husband wasn't that keen on it we were A/I and it was great the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean but a bit dated the food was good but not very warm at time but there is a microwave if you need to heat anything up , entertainment was good so didn't need to go out at night . There wasn't many children there at this time of year so not sure what is on for kids . I would definitely go back again x
We just came back on Friday, took out 6 month old baby grandson Milo, the hotel staff couldn't do enough for us, rooms are a little dated however very clean, lifts can be a nightmare at meal times especially with a pushchair but patience is a virtue, food was ok we always found something to eat, drinks reasonably priced, entertainment was better than it is in the summer months, overall we really enjoyed our stayed as I'm sure you will xx

Stayed there several times , it’s a bit out dated but clean , staff have always been pleasant and helpful, food average for Spain some nights better then others , I loved the Mexican nights , absolutely perfect location and situated sideways if that makes sense so it’s not noisy on the nights , just enjoy yourself!

Hi all, I'm staying at the Rosamar now, all inclusive and I must say I'm enjoying every minute of it with its free snack bar at the pool side with free chips, burgers, crisps, sandwiches & help yourself to soft & Beer drinks also a poolside bar. Food is standard 3 star, rooms o k lifts a bit slow at times and it is situated close to everything.
Elizabeth Gilbert - 21st April 2018 - We like drinking during day it’s real been there last four years yes it’s dated I’m easy to please with food yes lifts can be busy I’ve never found staff to be rude great pool for sun never short of beds close to strip I’m looking to go this may again
We stayed there in February, rooms dated but cleaned daily, food no problem a live cooking station also different food themes each night, very good pool area, no problem with staff, all pleasant couldn't do enough for you.... I would stay here again as the location is ideal
We just came back on Friday, I stayed at the Dynastic which I wouldn't go back too and my brother & sis in law stayed at Rosamar & wish we stayed there! They are fussy people lol and they liked it. Yeah said it needs updating but the bed was comfy and the food was fab! They had chocolate fountains and rivers of cheese with nachos and lots of choice compared to what I had in Dynastic and that's supposed to be 4 star. Hope it helps ?

Just came back yesterday food was bad repeated every day . Ask for an omelette in the morning at least it will be hot , some of the show cooking is ok but again repeated if you like pork loin pork steaks pork jaws pork stew you will be fine .
Cant hear much at night we were on a high floor. Staff were good except jose Luis in the bar he is a pain wont part with the ice he only gives 1 cube all the others will give you a full glass if you ask them the rest are brilliant Aurelio, Veronika, Imi , Oscar , Christopher . Etc .
Rooms dated but clean . Lifts are a nightmare they are so slow.
Hotel overall good we enjoyed our stay if the food was improved it would be a great hotel .

Stayed there twice. Last time with granddaughter. Great waterpark for a hotel. Always found something to eat. Some good outside entertainment. Foam party. Rooms aren't boutique style but are clean. It's a 3* hotel and we had a good time! Then again we always do wherever we stay.
One night only
I had to stay here for one night because where I was staying flash had overbooked I'm so glad it was only 1 night I can only really comment on the room as didn't do much else in hotel while I was there the room once you enter is like going back in time to the 70s awful very dated needs updating
Will not be returning
I would notrecommend this hotel at all, when we booked we asked for the 2nd floor and they said that was ok! When we got here we were put on the 12th!! The lifts are absolutely shit, we wait at least 10 minutes for the lift sometimes longer, I would walk up but my Nan has bad legs so she can’t walk up them flight of stairs!! The rooms are ok not to the best of standards I would of expected, the staff are quite rude to us!! Deffo will not be returning
We’re at the hotel now rooms clean need updating we wouldn’t do all inclusive again the drinks are crap and I ask for a sex on beach it was out of a pump taste like butter our room has only got one socket and under the table struggle to reach and another in bathroom near we’re the sink is bit dangerous x
Christmas all inclusiveJust back from 5 nights all inclusive, over Christmas period. The hotel rooms are dated, but its cleaned every day. All the staff are lovely and friendly. Check in was quick. The food and drinks on all inclusive were very good, theres a special area in the dining room for all inclusive drinks, so you help yourself. Plenty of choice of food and also show cooking every night. We had Italian night, Spanish night, English night and gala Christmas buffet, which was lovely plenty of choice, lovely fresh fish prawns, salmon, lobster and crab. To much to mention on the buffet obviously turkey your drinks were included that lunchtime. Entertainment was ok a little to much rock n roll for us but was good, we did go out every night though, after a few in the hotel. We'll certainly return to this hotel
Our short break stay
We stayed there 27th to 31st Jan. Rooms clean. Beds comfy. Food very good and hot. Only downside was the sewer smell as you came in from pool bar which caused my friend to be sick all over the floor. Would def go back x
1 Week March 2019
Old Hotel but clean and comfortable. Food good and plenty of choices. Nice and handy between Outdoor Market, Indoor Market and just up from the beach. Is closing 1 November for 6 months for full refurbishment.
Positives are the food was lovely, plenty variety, pool area clean and staff were pleasant. One negative was the room, extremely tired and old looking, hasn’t seen paint for years, really disappointed, but the pros outweighed the cons.
Just home from 1 week at this hotel. Positives, Hotel clean, rooms are outdated, food well we ate out thank god we only went half board, drinks in hotel are dear. Kids splash pool is great but needs updating ( which is going ahead in November)More cuts treated than enough 1of which was my 6 year old Grandson who had 2 tiny crystals from the pool stuck in the sole of his foot. Two days later my Husband came down one of the slides with him when he looked down and blood was pouring from his ankle, which he caught on something rough on the way down. Beds were not changed the whole week we were there. Glad to be home and have never said that about Benidorm in my life
Closing down Oct 31st til sometime in may. Was there 10th to 17th Sept and straight from the horses mouth. But putting that aside---very good quiet location very dated in the rooms but serviced every day by friendly hardworking ladies, we found the food very nice lots of choice, mealtimes quite good times to give everyone a bit of elbow room, cant comment about the entertainment as we were out most nights, pool area a little too small for serious swimmers and children's pool fine. Nice to sit outside at night and have a quiet drink with friends etc, some outdoor entertainment weather permitting if you like that sort of thing. 8 out of 10 for us and that's because of the need to update rooms.
