I have stayed in these apartments 9 times now, first time was in 2013, and have booked them for my parents when they have went to Benidorm, and never had an issue each time.

I believe Inicio Vacaciones manage most of the apartments at this property.

Apartments are very clean and modern. They are within secured grounds which are kept spotless. There are residential people living here too so not all apartments are for holiday rental.

The grounds have a large tennis court, 2 smaller tennis courts, a small children's play area, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. The grounds are also multilevel but have ramps aswell as stairs so you can naviagte the full area without having to use the stairs if needed.

The outdoor pool is seasonal and is within a gated area. The pool rules are quite strict here. No inflatables and no food or drink allowed around the pool.

The indoor pool isn't heated. The pool building has changing facilities and a toilet.

There are street bins outside the main gate on Calle Lérida where you can take your rubbish from the apartment.

There is a secure underground car park which is available to use at no extra charge.

The 2 towers are 30 floors high and the apartments are available in both 1 and 2 bedrooms. There are 3 lifts per tower. The doors to each tower are also secured.

The location is only a few mins away from the man Benidorm night life and has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within the vicinity.

The front doors to the apartment are very secure. They have a safety latch along with a multiple bolt lock. There is also an video intercom system to allow you to see and let people in from the main gate on Calle Lérida and also from the entry doors to each tower, if required.

Each apartment has a large open balcony with a table, chairs and a lounger. This is accessed from the living area through 2 large sliding doors which are lockable. If you are higher up there are some spectacular views across the whole of Benidorm.

The living area has a dining table with chairs, sofa bed, small table and a flat screen TV. Some have additional furniture like a bookcase or small side table etc.

Kitchens are equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils and all your plates cups cutlery etc. Plenty of cupboard space also for storing everything.

There is a small utility area off the kitchen where the washing machine and hot water boiler are fitted. There is also an iron and an ironing board here too along with a brush and pan and a mop and mop bucket.

The bedroom areas have a fitted wardrobe which also has a small set of drawers inside. Usually the beds are 2 singles and not doubles and they have space underneath to store suitcases etc. There are 2 bedside tables at each side with a drawer in each and also lamps. There is a large mirror on the bedroom wall also. The windows have roller shutters to allow you to block out the sun if needed.

The bathrooms have a toilet, bidet and sink. Most have a bath with a shower inside but we have stayed in 1 apartment once that only had a walk in shower. This is very rare tho.

All tiled floors throughout the apartment.

The built in aircon/heating system is included in the price and works really well with vents in the living area, kitchen and bedrooms.

WiFi is available at an extra charge. Most apartments have their own router which you can purchase for €15 a week i believe, or you can purchase the communal WiFi.

There is a damage deposit of €150 which can be paid with cash or card.

The key collection is made from the Inicio Vacaciones office which is located at Av Europa 8, directly at the Alsa bus stop and just across the other side of the street from Telepizza. The office is approximately a 10-15 min walk away from the apartments.

The office opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am-2pm / 4pm-7:30pm and Saturday 10am-1:30pm.

Outwith these hours the key is usually collected from Cristina who lives within the property. The office will give you her number to call when you arrive and she will take you to the apartment and give you the keys.

Towel and bedding change is once per week.

This property is 6 minutes walk from the beach. Torre D'Oboe - Levante Beach is located in Benidorm, 600 m from Levante Beach. This apartment complex offers shared indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a tennis court.

The modern, air-conditioned apartments at Torre D'Oboe - Levante Beach feature a private balcony with a table, chairs and sea views. The lounge comes with a sofa bed and TV, and Wi-Fi is available for an extra cost.

Each apartment has a hob, microwave and dishwasher. Featuring a bath or shower, the bathrooms also come with towels and linen.

There are many supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the surrounding streets.
