Stayed here in January great apartments so central and Alex on reception very helpful.

Was there last week fab location …24 hour reception… only thing is we had to put 200 quid deposit in case of anything getting broken etc which is acceptable …Told when we left money would be transferred back the next day …still waiting unfortunately …they say it’s released and my bank says it’s not we have been home for a week ? Rubbish has to be taken down down put in the bin across road, other than that no complaints.

Stayed here for the first time in January just me and my son and I have to say really loved them, felt really safe since my husband and other kids weren't with me this time, staff are lovely, rooms are spotless and 24hr reception is great, highly recommended them.

Stayed July 2022, fab location, clean pool, great bar area offering range of drinks and value snacks. Plenty of sunbeds, spotless and great staff. Rooms very spacious and modern with a washing machine! Highly recommended

3rd time up to now in Benidorm this year and always stay in Trebol apts so clean staff so nice lovely pool with food and cocktails and in the middle of everything opposite the presidential even a pub outside gate the meeting place cant fault it at all.

Aircon is in the living room and bedroom, hairdryer and iron supplied.

I booked what should have been a superior 1 bedroom apartment, if that was superior I would hate to see a normal one.

Hardly any kitchen equipment I even had to ask for a kettle, no mirrors in the apartment and I could not get the tv to work properly.

Staff were not very helpful when my key would not work, suggesting it was my fault.

These apartments are quite cheap and in a good position, but no way would I book them again after this last experience far better ones around.

We stayed there in September - a comfortable apartment, quite modern and extremely central but couldn’t hear any noise from the street. Had to check- in at Maryciel which wasn’t a problem.

Rooms very small and dated. 2 receptionists at hotel was awful other 2 was fine. Room wasn’t cleaned or towels changed in the week that we was there! Wouldn’t stay again!
