I have stayed in them myself this year in July, they are up the hill wasn't a problem for us tho sometime caught a taxi up after a long night out lol...pool great views great would deffo go again as I didn't mind not been in the middle of it all xx

The name of these apartments is quite misleading, they are not villas and they are not near the Marina. This is a very quiet residential complex up a steep hill towards the cross.

Due to the fact this is a residential area, it is NOT suitable for group bookings or noisy holiday makers. There are very strict rules here about noise and any disruptive holiday makers are reported to the porter and then the police and some have forcibly been removed by the police for being disruptive.

If you are a couple after a quiet holiday this is the place for you, if you are party animals then you should consider alternative accommodation closer to town.

Villa Marina is a residential complex. It is up a long steep hill, (up towards the cross). There is a number 24 bus which runs every half and hour and drops you off either at the bottom or the top of the complex, a taxi costs approx 6€ from the new town.

The complex is a mixture of 1 - 3 bed apartments, so obviously I cant comment on individual apartments as they are all different, but the complex itself is always keep clean and most levels there are plenty of plants etc. If you book a 3 bed they come with their own dipping pool on the terrace.

The position is perfect if you want peace and quiet and beautiful views as it has direct uninterrupted sea views.

It is about a 10 minute walk down to Levante beach or the Town Centre but about 20 mins walk back up the hill.

There is a very picturesque swimming pool a bit on the small size for the size of the complex but adequate although it can get busy during the month of August when there are more Spanish holiday makers here.

Directly below the complex are 2 small coves, Cala Almadrava and Cala Ti Ximo
