LA ZENIA BOULEVARD SHOPPING CENTER
La Zenia Boulevard shopping center is the largest in the province of Alicante, situated on the Orihuela Costa, south of Torrevieja about 1hr 15 mins drive 120km from Benidorm via the AP7 or an hour and a half via the N332 109km.
News - 19th March 2023 ZENIA BOULEVARD is getting a fresh new look, thanks to an 18 million Euro investment and a makeover that will see the popular shopping centre transformed into a modern Mediterranean village later this summer.
General Information.
It is a shopping center designed for visitors to enjoy and have fun, with something for everyone, its beautifully designed with over 90 different species of vegetation and cooling water sprays during the hot summer months, there are plenty of rest areas, a giant LED screen where you can enjoy the best sporting events and the most interesting documentaries, as well as a stage for free concerts and performances.

La Zenia Boulevard occupies 161.000 square meters and has over 150 stores such as Alcampo, Decathlon, Primark (don´t forget Primark), Leroy Merlin, Conforama, Norauto, Media Markt, Zara with its new image, Lefties, H&M, C&A, Massimo Dutti, Guess, Geox, Via di Milano (Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, etc.), Astoria (Meex, Hogo Boss, CK), Z&A(Tommy and Lacoste), etc. And for the little ones you can find Tutto Picolo, Mayoral, Zippy or Baby Center Pekes, and more
Mediterranean Mall.
Zenia Boulevard looks a lot like an American shopping mall but with a Mediterranean feel.
The Shopping centre has activities almost every weekend. These activities draw people from Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja , Benidorm and even further away.
Most of the shops are located on the first floor and the second it is full of with restaurants where you can enjoy great views from the terraces of many of the restaurants such as Bite pasta, Burguer King, Lizarrán, 100 Montaditos, Wok Center, Foster's Hollywood, Good Rices Arrocería and Pizzeria, Tommy Mel's, Subway, Ché! Argentine, La Tagliattella or Tapería Dos Hermanas, Ché! Ristorante Italiano, among others.
There is also a large playground and a playroom to keep the children entertained, also for the Kids there are lots of activities which are open the whole year.
On the Second floor a third of the area is a real kids paradise with all sort of attractions.
On the groud floor there are water jet fountains that allows children to play and keep cool.
Near the “Alcampo”, there are little small funny cars shaped in the form of animals and red open top buses for the children to ride round the center. For older children there is also Bowling Pleno La Zenia
For adults there is a Casino located in the outdoor area next to Norauto. (Opening hours - Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 3:00 hours, Friday, Saturday and eve of public holidays: from 10:00 to 4:00 hours)
There is even a gym available for those who want to keep fit and not trawl the shops.

Access for the disabled
The Shopping centre is wheel chair friendly. There are 3 elevators: two in the central plaza and one near the Alcampo.
At the Customer Service Point you can rent scooters and wheelchairs for a small deposit to get around the Shopping Center

The hours of the Shopping Center are from 10:00 to 22:00, although some of our stores may have special hours
Location
The Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center is located in La Zenia Orihuela Costa and has a direct access with the AP-7 motorway and with the N-332 road that connects Alicante and Murcia.

1hr 14 mins drive 122km from Benidorm,10 minutes from Torrevieja, 5 minutes from Campoamor, 30 minutes from Cartagena, 55 minutes from Murcia, 37 minutes from Elche, 47 minutes from Alicante, 15 minutes from San Javier.
Highway
From the AP-7 exit 763 (Zenia Urbanizations).
If you are coming from Elche or Alicante, take the A-7 towards Murcia and then the AP-7 towards Torrevieja/Cartagena, once on the AP-7 continue until exit 763.
If you are coming from Cartagena take the AP-7 towards Alicante and take exit 763.
If you come from Murcia take the A7 to the AP-7 towards Torrevieja - Cartagena and stay until exit 763 or go to San Javier and there take the AP-7 towards San Pedro/Alicante and continue to exit 763.
Roads
If you come from Torrevieja, Santa Pola, Guardamar, Alicante, etc. take the exit of the City Council of Orihuela Costa, since you arrive more directly.
If you are coming from Cartagena, Los Alcázares, San Javier, San Pedro, Orihuela Costa, etc. by the N-332 you should take the exit towards the Villamartín Highway, Exit AP-7 San Miguel de Salinas.
If you come from Orihuela, Bigastro, Jacarilla, San Miguel or Montesinos, the easiest and fastest thing is to get by the CV-95 to San Miguel and then take by Villamartín
